○ KoCVAM participated in the public forum for the 4th Industrial Revolution in animal bioethics on May 30th, 2019.

○ Main focus:
  - Dr. Warren Casey, director of NICEATM, introduced the U.S examples of cross-ministerial cooperation and budgets for the development of

    alternative methods.
  - Dr. Dongeun Huh from University of Pennsylvania introduced the analysis of test method using Organ on-a-chip.
  - Relevant ministries agreed to cooperate on establishing the policies and strategies to promote the development of alternative test methods. ​
